The Masterclasses

We are delighted to welcome Ian D'Agata and his wealth of knowledge on Italian wines to Il Collettivo once again as the host of both our masterclasses.

This year we will be exploring Italy's red superstars: Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Nerello Mascalese. We will taste 10 wines, looking in depth at these unique varietals, the terroirs in which they flourish and analysing their future in international wine trade.

There will be two masterclasses on the day:

  • 10.30 - 11.15 am

  • 3.30 - 4.15 pm

(This event has now taken place. Keep an eye out for details of 2020. Subscribe to our email list to receive notifications about #TheItalianTasting 2020.)
